Check out the newest addition to our Group X Schedule... Interval:30!

Interval:30! is here! This is a CrossFit styled workout with our certified trainer, George. Spaces are limited so be sure to get your pass earlier in the day. Monday/ Wednesdays at 11:30am and Tuesday/Thursday at 5:10pm. Remember to bring your Southeastern ID, a towel, and water in a clear sports bottle!
